FPT Honored with Outstanding AI Enterprise and AI Solution Awards at AI4VN

Hanoi, September 26, 2025 - At the AI4VN 2025 event themed “Vietnam in the Global AI Race,” FPT Corporation received three awards recognizing excellence in business, solutions, and individual contributions. FPT also showcased its comprehensive Vietnam-developed AI ecosystem, reinforcing its technological capabilities and commitment to sustainable national development in the digital era.

FPT Recognized at AI4VN 2025

FPT Smart Cloud Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of FPT) was awarded Outstanding AI Enterprise, a category honoring organizations with significant contributions, effective AI adoption, tangible community value, and strong market presence.

The FPT AI Agents platform, developed by FPT, ranked among the Top 3 AI Solutions of the year - affirming FPT’s leadership in crafting “Make in Vietnam” AI platforms that serve digital transformation for both domestic and international enterprises. The judging panel highly praised FPT AI Agents for enabling businesses to easily build AI personnel capable of natural language processing without requiring complex programming skills. AI Agents assist humans across diverse tasks, from customer support and telesales to employee training, knowledge management, and internal operations. In practice, the platform handles on average over 17 million calls per month, resolves 98% of customer requests, and enables enterprises to increase telesales revenue by up to 20%.

In addition, Mr. Bui Duy Quoc Nghi - Director of the GenAI Product Center, FPT Smart Cloud - was honored as a Top 5 Vietnamese AI Talent, in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the research and development of AI solutions in real-world applications.

Comprehensive AI Ecosystem from Infrastructure to Applications

At the event, FPT presented a booth under the theme “Build your own AI”, unveiling two strategic technology pillars: the FPT AI Factory high-performance computing infrastructure and the FPT AI Agents platform. This ecosystem enables Vietnamese enterprises to independently build and deploy AI solutions customized to their needs. It consists of three layers: Infrastructure, Platform, and Solutions - helping organizations and enterprises shorten development time, optimize costs, and ensure sovereignty over national data.

FPT Experts Share National AI Leap Strategy

In his presentation at AI4VN 2025, Mr. Le Hong Viet, CEO of FPT Smart Cloud, emphasized: “AI can deliver an economic value equal to that of a new superpower by 2030. When successfully applied, every USD spent on AI can return USD 3.7 to the enterprise.” He observed that the AI world is polarized around two major centers — the U.S. and China - where investment is concentrated on model development and R&D. In this context, Vietnam is emerging as a bright spot, ranking 6th among 40 countries in AI readiness and creating favorable conditions for enterprises to leap forward.
