‘FPT willing to assist FPT in any way”

"FPT makes contribution to society with intelligence . Approximately 6,000 employees in HCM FPT are the valuable resource. Despite economic difficulties, the company maintained growth and took strong steps on globalization way. On behalf of the city government, I would like to say thanks to FPT", said Le Manh Ha.
Chairman of FPT Myanmar Hoang Minh Chau stated that in 2013, FPT owned over VND 28,000 billion in revenue and remitted more than VND 4,000 billion into the State budget .
"Software application in the country is in trouble. However, solutions written by Vietnamese FPT provides for countries such as Singapore, Myanmar, Cambodia ... are highly appreciated. In 2013, FPT’s products won ASEAN ICT Awards ", Mr. Chau said.
According to Mr. Chau, 2014 will end the positioning period (2011-2014) of FPT in the strategy which aims to turn FPT into the Vietnamese Leading Global Corporation in smart services. FPT is preparing conditions and resources to enter the second phase (2015-2019), focusing on IT – the core business sector through three orientations: Mass - Resultant - Best.
Highly appreciating the contribution of FPT to HCMC through programs such as e-government, administrative reform, intelligent transportation solutions, Mr. Ha confirmed that the city was willing to assist FPT in any way, from policies, guidelines to specific projects.
