FPT Signs a USD 100 Million Digital Transformation Contract with a U.S. Client

FPT Corporation has announced the signing of a USD 100 million digital transformation contract over three years with a U.S.-based partner, aiming to accelerate digital transformation for clients across North America, Europe, and Japan. This agreement marks a significant milestone in FPT’s global strategy, reinforcing its capability and long-term commitment to delivering flexible, efficient, and sustainable IT services to global clients.

Under the agreement, FPT will implement comprehensive digital transformation solutions for clients in key sectors including banking, finance, insurance, and retail, with plans to expand into manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, and energy. FPT’s service offerings range from IT consulting and cloud migration to infrastructure and application management—all integrated with artificial intelligence (AI) and advanced data analytics to enhance performance, cost efficiency, and scalability.

With its “AI-First” approach, FPT will further invest in research and development of AI-powered solutions, leveraging its global expert network and collaborations with leading technology partners such as Microsoft and NVIDIA to deliver innovative and impactful digital transformation outcomes.
