FPT Play Appointed by JAS and Monomax as Exclusive Premier League Distributor in Vietnam

FPT Play today announced a landmark partnership with Jasmine International Public Company Limited (JAS) to become the exclusive distributor of the Premier League in Vietnam from January 2026. This marks a major strategic milestone in delivering world-class football content to Vietnamese audiences. 

 

Under this agreement, JAS and Monomax — the official and exclusive broadcasting rights holders for the Premier League across Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, and Vietnam, and for the Emirates FA Cup in Thailand, Laos, and Cambodia (effective January 1, 2026) — have appointed FPT Play as their exclusive broadcasting partner in Vietnam. Through this partnership, FPT Play will manage all content delivery and consumer-facing broadcasting across terrestrial TV, cable, satellite, IPTV, OTT, mobile, public screenings, and social media platforms within Vietnam.

 

 

The distribution agreement begins on January 1, 2026 and extend through the 2030/31 season. Vietnamese fans will join more than 1.87 billion global viewers in enjoying seamless access to the Premier League, including nearly 200 matches for the 2025/26 season and 1,900 matches from 2026/27 to 2030/31. Select fixtures will be delivered in 4K with Vietnamese commentary through FPT Play’s platforms. 
This milestone reflects the continued expansion of JAS (or MONOMAX), who have extended its broadcasting rights footprint into Vietnam after securing the exclusive Premier League rights across multiple Southeast Asian markets.

- Expanded studio programming: match reports, expert panels, analysis shows, and more, featuring leading commentators and analysts 
To coincide with the Premier League distribution partnership, FPT Play is launching its upgraded VVIP subscription package, offering full access to all Premier League content and its premium entertainment catalog. Fans can subscribe online or through FPT Telecom branches, with exclusive promotional bundles throughout the season. The target is to reach 1.5 million subscribers within the first year.
