FPT runs digital transformation pilot in Hoa Hai ward

At the Conference on implementing the tasks in 2021 by the Department of Information and Communications of Da Nang City, the representative of FPT IS (a member company of FPT Corp) signed a tripartite cooperation agreement to implement a digital transformation pilot in Hoa Hai ward, Ngu Hanh Son district.

Speaking at the Conference, Vice Chairman of the municipal PC Le Quang Nam highly appreciated the contribution of IT businesses. FPT have greatly supported the city in developing economy, culture, and society. Da Nang City leaders considers the implementation of Digital Transformation project as the main focus, hoping that the cooperation and support from businesses like FPT will contribute to Da Nang's economy development towards sustainability

The representatives from FPT, Da Nang Department of Information and Communications, Hoa Hai Ward People's Committee signed a tripartite agreement on running a digital transformation pilot

The representative from FPT assesses that the pilot in Hoa Hai ward is the first step for cooperating and supporting Da Nang city in implementing digital transformation.

Currently, FPT is also implementing the digital transformation for the Ngu Hanh Son District People's Committee. In which, the implementation at the commune and ward level aims to measure the effectiveness of the model, which can be applied and replicated in other units.

As the largest IT company in Da Nang in particular and the Central region in general, FPT invested more than VND2,500 billion in building infrastructure and technical infrastructure of smart urban area; training facilities; software center and some other social infrastructure. FPT's investment activities have helped contributed VND1,264 billion to the budget of Da Nang city, creating 4,000 jobs here.
