FPT recorded profit before tax of VND 9,540 billion, up 17.6% year-on-year

In the first nine months of 2025, FPT recorded revenue of VND 49,887 billion and profit before tax of VND 9,540 billion, up 10.3% and 17.6% year-on-year, respectively. Profit after tax attributable to shareholders of the parent company reached VND 6,867 billion, an increase of 19.2%, while earnings per share (EPS) stood at VND 4,043, up 18.1% compared to the same period last year.

FPT secured 19 large-scale contracts, each worth over $10 million

The Technology sector (including Domestic IT Services and Global IT Services) continued to play a key role, contributing 62% of total revenue and 45% of the Group’s pre-tax profit, equivalent to VND 30,949 billion and VND 4,333 billion, up 10.7% and 13.7% year-on-year, respectively.

Despite ongoing global economic challenges, Global IT Services maintained solid growth of 12.8%, reaching VND 25,574 billion in revenue and VND 4,073 billion in pre-tax profit, up 12.7% year-on-year. Growth was driven mainly by the Japanese market, which surged 26.3% year-on-year. As of the end of September 2025, new contract value for Global IT Services reached VND 29,363 billion, up 14.4% compared to the same period last year. Reinforcing our position as a global billion-dollar technology company, FPT won 19 major contracts (each over USD 10 million) — nearly double the number from the same period last year.

Digital Transformation revenue from overseas markets reached VND 12,387 billion, up 19.0% year-on-year, driven by strong demand in Cloud, AI, and Data Analytics technologies.

In the Domestic IT Services segment, revenue was VND 5,376 billion (+1.5% YoY) and pre-tax profit reached VND 260 billion (+31.9% YoY). The Made-by-FPT product ecosystem continued its strong momentum, generating VND 1,845 billion in revenue (+22.8%), thanks to its high applicability across both enterprise and government sectors.

Telecom and Education segments maintain growth momentum

The Telecom Services segment recorded revenue of VND 13,738 billion, up 11.5%, and pre-tax profit of VND 3,091 billion, up 21.3% year-on-year.

FPT’s Education segment achieved revenue of VND 5,195 billion, representing a 1% increase compared to the same period last year.

FPT signs a record-breaking USD 256 million contract

FPT recently announced the signing of a five-year contract worth USD 256 million with a leading energy conglomerate in Asia — the largest deal in FPT’s 37-year history. Under this agreement, FPT

will implement a comprehensive digital transformation ecosystem integrated with AI for the client, covering the entire process from requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment to operation support and documentation. This landmark contract not only secures long-term, stable revenue for FPT but also reinforces FPT’s global competitiveness, particularly in digital transformation and AI technology applications.

FPT signs a USD 100 million digital transformation contract over three years

FPT has recently signed a three-year digital transformation contract worth USD 100 million with a client in the United States. Under the agreement, FPT will provide IT consulting services, cloud migration, infrastructure and application operations, as well as AI integration and data analytics to optimize the client’s performance and costs. This contract reaffirms FPT’s capability to execute large-scale projects in key markets such as North America, Europe, and Japan, while further strengthening its position in the company’s globalization strategy and “AI-First” orientation.

FPT partners with the technology subsidiary of Japan’s largest airline group

FPT has signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement with ANA Systems — the IT subsidiary of ANA Group, Japan’s largest airline — to promote innovation and operational efficiency in the aviation industry. The signing ceremony took place on August 8, 2025, during the event “Da Nang – 20 Years of Innovation”, which gathered over 400 international delegates. Under this partnership, the two sides will establish a joint operating framework to ensure continuous improvement and stability of ANA Group’s IT infrastructure, including that of All Nippon Airways and its subsidiaries. In addition, the collaboration will focus on talent exchange, joint professional training programs, and global career opportunities for young engineers — contributing to the development of a high-quality digital workforce.

FPT acquires 10% stake in Daythree

FPT has made a strategic investment to acquire a 10% stake in Daythree Digital Berhad — a leading Malaysian technology company specializing in Business Process Services (BPS) and system management. Daythree employs around 2,000 multilingual professionals serving major clients in finance, telecommunications, and utilities. The transaction was executed through FPT Malaysia, a subsidiary of FPT, enabling the company to expand its AI-integrated BPS capabilities and enhance its capacity to deliver large-scale technology projects across the Asia-Pacific region. As part of the deal, FPT will appoint a representative to Daythree’s Board of Directors to foster strategic collaboration and leverage regional market opportunities more effectively.

FPT inaugurates 20,000-learner education complex in Hue

FPT has officially inaugurated its Educational Complex in Hue, designed to accommodate up to 20,000 learners across K-12 and vocational education levels, located in the An Van Duong Urban Area.The complex is oriented toward integrating education with cutting-edge technologies such as STEM, AI, and Robotics, aiming to develop high-quality human resources and contribute to the implementation of national strategic resolutions on education and digital transformation.

FPT breaks ground on inter-level school in Nghe An

FPT has commenced construction of the FPT Vinh Inter-level School in Nghe An Province, located in the Eco Central Park Urban Area, Truong Vinh Ward, with a capacity of approximately 2,800 students from primary to high school levels. Built on a site of over 27,000 square meters, the school is scheduled to open in the 2026–2027 academic year. Its design emphasizes a modern, green learning environment inspired by the harmony between nature and education spaces, and is closely aligned with FPT Schools’ technology pillars — AI, STEM, and Robotics. This investment marks an expansion of FPT’s high-quality education ecosystem in the Central–Central Highlands region, contributing to local high-tech human resource development and the implementation of national education strategies.
