Dr. Victoria Ossadnik, Chief Operating Officer for Digital Transformation, Innovation and Internal Consulting at E.ON SE, together with E.ON’s leadership team, recently visited FPT to further strengthen the strategic partnership between E.ON and FPT and reinforce their commitment to co-developing AI-powered solutions for the energy sector.
E.ON’s leadership team with FPT experts working on key projects for the company.FPT recently welcomed a senior leadership delegation from E.ON, one of Europe’s largest energy groups, for a visit and working sessions at FPT Tower and the Hola Park campus.
During the visit, leaders from both sides held in-depth discussions on key areas of cooperation, data readiness, and the strategic roadmap for scaling AI adoption across the enterprise. The discussions focused on AI’s transformative potential, particularly applications such as Agentic SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Token Management, to enhance operational agility, deliver tangible business value, and accelerate innovation in energy management.
FPT introduced CASAN enterprise AI transformation framework, demonstrating a systematic approach to helping organizations move from isolated AI initiatives toward enterprise-wide AI adoption. Supporting these transformation programs is FPT’s workforce of more than 30,000 AI-augmented engineers, together with a global technology partner ecosystem that includes Microsoft, NVIDIA, SAP, Anthropic, and other leading technology companies.
One of the highlights of the visit was a meeting between the E.ON delegation and more than 100 FPT experts working across different locations on key projects for the company. During the session, E.ON representatives expressed their recognition and appreciation for the FPT team’s contributions.
The discussions also highlighted FPT’s ability to combine global delivery scale with the agility required to co-create innovative solutions, helping E.ON and other customers accelerate their digital transformation while maintaining business agility.

The two companies have jointly implemented a number of major projects, including an SAP authorization system serving more than 60,000 users across Europe, while also developing solutions that support sustainable energy management and consumption.
In 2025, FPT and E.ON further expanded their partnership through an agreement to leverage FPT’s AI capabilities to optimize E.ON’s cloud-based energy management platform. The collaboration marked an important step in accelerating innovation and unlocking the potential of AI in the energy sector.
Beyond their business partnership, the two companies also share a commitment to sustainability and social responsibility. E.ON has supported FPT’s Hope School initiative, which provides care and education for children who lost their parents as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, and has participated in programs aimed at creating greater opportunities for women in technology.
Looking ahead, FPT will continue to strengthen its role as a trusted technology partner to E.ON, supporting the company in unlocking the full potential of AI and turning innovation into a driver of long-term growth, greater operational efficiency, and sustainable competitive advantage.
