At FPT, we are dedicated to spearheading initiatives in Vietnam to mitigate the impact of greenhouse gas emissions. Our goal is to achieve Net Zero by 2040. Additionally, we aim to positively influence the living and learning environments of over 01 million employees by 2035.

Connecting the happy community
01. The "Elevate Children to School" program
Initiated in 2018, the program focuses on constructing durable concrete bridges in the Mekong Delta provinces. These bridges not only provide safe passage for children but also enhance the overall quality of life and social stability in each community. In 2025, FPT allocated over eight billion VND to the program. These bridges serve as replacements for temporary, wooden, and deteriorating structures, significantly enhancing trade connectivity and shortening travel distances between communes and hamlets. Moreover, they facilitate more accessible transportation for students and residents while revitalizing the rural landscape in the Mekong Delta provinces.
02. Blood donation
The annual humanitarian blood donation festival organized by FPT aims to foster solidarity and address societal challenges. Under the motto “A drop of blood given, a life saved,” this event has become a cornerstone of FPT’s charitable endeavors. In 2025, 2,045 employees participated in 10 blood donation drives, contributing 2,910 units of blood. The activity encourages employees to share positive values, maintain optimism and positive energy, and together contribute to building a happy community.
Investing in education and fostering next generations
Given the wish to create opportunities for learning, accessing innovative technologies and nurturing talents, FPT has always focused on investing in education and fostering youth development.
01. Scholarships for young talents
For 26 years, through the FPT Young Talents Development Center (FYT), the Corporation has consistently created opportunities for students with outstanding academic achievements and winners of national and international awards to develop comprehensively and gain experience through major projects. FYT currently has 646 members, many of whom have grown to become founders, managers, scientists and influential experts both in Vietnam and internationally. In 2025, FYT awarded 38 scholarships at a total value of 912 million VND. In addition, the program provided financial support, facilities and connections with alumni, who are experts in various fields to help members pursue their aspirations, expand professional networks, and develop essential soft skills for the future.
02. Nguyen Van Dao scholarship program
With the desire to give wings to the young generation, allowing them to study, access new technology, and develop their talents, FPT implemented the annual Nguyen Van Dao scholarship. In 2025 alone, 8,875 scholarships were awarded to students with disadvantaged backgrounds who achieved outstanding academic results or demonstrated exceptional talents across many provinces and cities nationwide, with a total value of 151 billion VND.
03. Hope School
“Hope” opens the door to education for children who suffered great losses during the COVID-19 pandemic. Over the past five years, Hope School has become a warm, shared home where children are cared for, educated, and nurtured as they grow. In 2025, the 6,500 m² Hope School campus was completed after nearly two years of construction, becoming the new home for more than 300 students from 13 ethnic groups, with full facilities to support their comprehensive development.
04. The "Light up the school" program
Initiated in April 2018, the program aims to enhance educational access for numerous students by leveraging social resources. Its objectives include upgrading educational facilities by constructing new schools, dormitories, toilets, and playgrounds. Additionally, the program provides teaching and learning equipment for students in remote and disadvantaged areas affected by natural disasters, storms, and floods.
05. The "Wings to the Dream" Program
Built with dedication and the collective efforts of FPT employees, the “Wings of Dreams” program has become one of FPT’s largest and longest-running educational support initiatives for underprivileged children in mountainous areas. In 2025, the program carried out activities to support the recovery from severe damage caused by storms and floods at many schools nationwide.
06. The Digital Library project
The Hope Foundation developed and implemented the project, with FPT being one of its long-standing partners. It aims to provide students in disadvantaged areas with access to knowledge through online platforms, supporting research activities and improving learning outcomes.

Nurturing Kindness
Since 2010, FPT has designated March 13/3 as "FPT Community Day," encouraging every employee to contribute to society through tangible actions. This initiative has evolved into a cherished cultural tradition among FPT staff. Embodying the spirit of altruism, FPT Day for the Community emphasizes direct involvement in community service and support for those facing hardship. FPT encourages each employee to contribute one day's salary to the FPT Fund for the Community.
The “Together with communities overcoming floods” campaign initiated by FPT attracted contributions from thousands of employees both in Vietnam and abroad, raising over 5 billion VND to help rebuild 26 schools in Nghe An, Thanh Hoa, Lao Cai (former), and Tuyen Quang (former) that were heavily damaged by storms in 2025.
Environmental Protection
FPT understands that protecting environment is one of the essential actions to help ensure sustainable growth for the company in particular and the society in general.
Implementing energy saving solutions

Deploying solutions to save energy at FPT University to save 341,200kWh, worth VND 500 million, thereby reducing CO2 emissions by 19.2 tons per year.

Launching the Green IT project to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and cut the Data Center’s energy usage by 255,00kWh for a savings of VND 300 million per year.
Joining wildlife protection activities

Becoming the first Vietnamese enterprise to sign the Wildlife Conservation Society’s Vietnam Program commitment to “Say no to the consumption of wildlife”.
