Being one of the founders of FPT Corporation, Bui Quang Ngoc was the first leader of the IT Application Division of FPT Corporation, which later formed a number of key subsidiaries such as FPT Information System, FPT Software, FPT Telecom, and FPT Trading.

Being prominent in business administration, he has pioneered the modernization of the Corporation's governance, providing that all activities have been carried out efficiently and precisely under international quality standards.

Mr. Do Cao Bao is one of the thirteen founders of FPT Corporation.

With 30 years of experience in information technology in Vietnam and foreign countries, he is one of the prestigious software experts of Vietnam. He participated in creating and managing many national IT projects and has made a great contribution to the development of FPT.

From 1994 to 2015, in assuming the position of Chairman of FPT IS, he has led FPT-IS to be the technological elite of the FPT corporation and the leader of the system integration, software development in Vietnam.

With nearly 50 years of contribution in IT industry, he launched and succeeded in a huge IT reform for Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance in particular and the insurance industry in general to a turning point of digital transformation (DX) for the Japanese insurance industry. Formerly the Chairman of the Japan IT Services Industry Association and a member of several committees on IT policies of government, he participated as an advisor for the prosperity of Japan’s IT industry. Currently, as the chairman of CeFIL (an NPO related to Keidanren striving for the innovation), he supports and promotes DX for Japanese companies.

Mr. Pham Minh Tuan, together with the Chairman and the Leadership team, successfully led FPT Software to achieve its first-ever revenue of USD 1 billion from foreign markets and join the worldwide high-class IT service companies in 2023.

Mr. Tuan joined FPT in 1996 and has held many leadership positions at FPT subsidiaries. When taking the position of CEO of FPT Information System Company Limited (2014-2018), he gained a lot of success in developing new solutions in digital government, intelligent transportation, smart health, and electronic train tickets, electronic toll collection..., which opened a new business era for Made by FPT products and solutions. Previously, Mr. Tuan worked as CEO of FPT Technology Solutions (2012-2014); Managing Director of FPT Software Ho Chi Minh (2004 - 2011), Vice President of FPT Software (2005 - 2011) ... From 2002 to 2010, he had made great contribution in helping FPT Software grow into a global outsourcing company in Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, the U.S, and Europe. He was one of the first leaders to carry out the Corporation's globalization mission and held the position of Technology Director of FPT India in 1999.

During 6 years as CEO of FPT Software Company Limited (since March 2018), he had made remarkable contribution in leading the company to grow 3.7 times even during the Covid-19 pandemic; developing a portfolio of million-dollar clients that account for 80% revenue; building global highly skilled workforce; directing successful M&A in the US and Japan.

With years of in-depth experience in the financial sector, he has played a pivotal role in enhancing FPT's financial management system, ensuring adherence to principles of transparency, timeliness, completeness, and accuracy.

He commenced his tenure at FPT in 2003, assuming various significant roles, including the Head of Financial Analysis and Control (under the FPT Finance and Planning Department) and Deputy of the FPT Finance and Planning Department. In 2011, he was appointed as FPT's Chief Accountant.

In particular, he played a pivotal role in developing the solution for closing and consolidating financial statements of FPT (CFS), streamlining the Corporation's financial reporting process to prepare separate and consolidated financial statements within only 05 to 07 days. This encompassed over eight direct subsidiaries, more than 72 indirect subsidiaries, and affiliated companies with nearly 350 sets of accounting books. This solution is a crucial factor enabling FPT to be among the earliest companies to submit financial reports in the VN30 list. Currently, FPT only needs one accountant to combine the financial statements of the whole organization and oversee the consolidation tasks of subsidiaries and other business units.

Prior to his tenure at FPT, he served in various capacities, including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accountant, and Accounting Consultant. Additionally, he possesses extensive experience in implementing ERP financial systems for Vietnamese and foreign enterprises.

Mr. Tu has successfully commanded the deployment of many telecommunications networks and projects for public services and security digitalization for the Government and banks. He has also been responsible for setup of FPT’s strategies, orientations, policies and human resources, as well as the development of numerous Made-by-FPT solutions and services. In addition, he has joined in various DX projects for worldwide clients.

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Viet was appointed as CIO of FPT Corporation in 2017

Joining FPT in 2006, he is the one who built the anti-attack system and ensured the safety of important systems at FPT. Mr. Viet has directly advised and supported the BOM and other member units to build strategies, policies and plans for the IT applications in the operations, in a bid to realize growth targets and optimize efficiency. He is also accountable for carrying out FPT’s IT strategies, policies and human resources effectively across the Corporation.

Since 2021, she has held the positions of Deputy Director of Marketing and Communications and FPT's Person in Charge of Information Disclosure. With her extensive experience, she has organized and executed various vital communication campaigns, reinforcing the FPT brand. Ms. Lan Anh's efforts have helped FPT secure many prestigious awards, including Vietnam's Most Valuable Technology Brand and Top Outstanding Companies in Asia.

Since March 2020, Ms. Chu Thi Thanh Ha has been appointed to the position of Chairwoman of FPT Software.

Joined FPT in 1993, she is an excellent leader who has the proven capabilities to build resources and team cohesion. Over the past 27 years, she has held various senior management roles within FPT and its subsidiaries. She has been with FPT Telecom from its inception and contributed significantly to making the company one of the leading telecommunications and television service providers in Vietnam.

She has received many honors and awards from the Government and the Ministry of Information and Communications. She was recognized by Forbes as one of the 50 most influential Vietnamese businesswomen in 2017.

Mr. Hoang Viet Anh made great contributions helping FPT Software win millions USD projects in foreign markets.

He joined FPT in 1993 as a programmer when he was a student. He has been in charge of many key positions in FPT Software and has a lot of experience leading large-scale projects worth millions of dollars with customers in Singapore, Malaysia, America,… in many domains such as petroleum, aviation, satellite Television, banking – financial - insurance sector. In 2007, he was one of 10 outstanding individuals who received Golden Globe Awards organized by the Central Committee and Ministry of Science and Technology for his efforts to bring Vietnam IT Industry to the world.

With an orientation that focuses on customer experience, over the past three years, he has led FPT Telecom to win the prestige accolade of the Fixed Internet Service Provider with the best customer service in Vietnam by IDG.

In March 2018 he was appointed as Executive Vice President of FPT Corporation and held this position for two terms (2018 - 2024).

In April 2023, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Linh was appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of FPT Telecom Joint Stock Company (FPT Telecom).

The new CEO of FPT Telecom - Mr. Nguyen Hoang Linh - is a leader with rich experience and extensive business expertise. Mr. Linh has been with FPT Telecom for more than 15 years, having held many managerial positions at all levels in the fields of finance and television. Most recently, he took on the role of managing the entire business of general customers and customer service of FPT Telecom.

In January 2023, Mr. Tran Dang Hoa was appointed Chairman of FPT IS Company Limited.

He joined FPT in 2004. After nearly 20 years of holding managerial positions in the Corporation, he has made significant contributions to FPT's outstanding development in Japan - the largest foreign market of FPT. Furthermore, he has boosted growth and expansion in Korea, China, Myanmar, and Indonesia. Besides, resulting from the determination to create the "Make in Vietnam" and "Made by FPT" ecosystem, he was the patron of impressive products such as akaBot, akaChain, akaMes, Utop, Codelearn, etc. In particular, he has also been the one who promotes the first line of microchips used in Internet of Things (IoT) products for the medical field, realizing the dream of manufacturing "Made by Vietnam" semiconductor components.

As Chairman of FPT IS, he is expected to lead the Company to make breakthroughs, elevating Vietnamese wisdom in the global arena.

Mr. Nguyen Hoang Minh deeply understands the business and management operations of FPT.

Joining FPT in 2008, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Minh quickly demonstrated his ability to successfully complete his assignments and tasks. He was appointed to many important positions.

In 2011, he was appointed as Head of FPT Quality Assurance Dept. and led the implementation of a series of improvement projects for FPT's member companies. He made his mark when successfully building Balanced Scored Card (BSC) system for FPT which was applied since 2012.

In 2014, he was appointed COO (Chief Operating Officer) of FPT IS and quickly carried out drastic reforms in its management and administration. He also contributed to strengthening the production/deployment system of FPT IS, thereby enhancing its professionalism and customer service efficiency.

In business sector, he has a deep understanding of FPT IS' business activities and puts more into them besides exploring new directions, in particular, the strategy of focusing on Made by FIS products. He was appointed as CEO of FPT IS Company Limited from March 29, 2019.

When IT students were lacking both in quantity and quality and English training for students was not good, he introduced a new model for training student in Vietnam - Career-oriented university through the establishment of FPT University (FU). He desires that FU students who are trained in Vietnam can work globally.

Under his leadership, FPT University has become well-known in IT training and is entering a new phase, contributing to the globalization of Vietnamese education.

He graduated from the Mathematics Department of Lomonosov Moscow State University (MGU) in 1980, defending a doctoral thesis in Mathematical Physics at Military Technical Academy in 1990.

Since April 2023, Mr. Hoang Nam Tien has been appointed to the position as Vice Chairman of FPT University.

He joined FPT in 1993 right after graduating from Hanoi University of Science & Technology, majoring in Informatics. He is an innovative leader with a large number of ingenious ideas and management experience in various business areas. During his working time in FPT, Mr. Tien has always been entrusted by the BOD and kept significant positions. In 2012, Mr. Hoang Nam Tien was appointed Chairman of FPT Software Company Limited (FPT Software). With the heady spirit of a "war general", he has made a great contribution to helping FPT Software achieve the steady annual growth rate of over 30% for many consecutive years. Under his guidance, FPT Software has become one of the 500 largest software companies and ranked in the Top 100 leading service providers in the world.

Previously, as the CEO of FPT Trading Group Company Limited, he also had a hand in fulfilling FPT’s goal of achieving $ 1 billion in revenue by 2008.

Mr. Tien was on the list of 100 Vietnamese typical intellectuals on the Economic front in 2012 and got the Certificate of Merit from the Minister of Information and Communications in 2016.

Mr. Nguyen Khac Thanh was appointed Rector of FPT University in December 2016.

In 1991, he joined FPT as a Deputy Director of FPT’s Software Production Unit. Recognizing the need for high quality human resources in software, he developed the International Programmer Training Centre following the franchise model from Aptech, India, starting a new business in the field of education of FPT. He was one of the founders of FPT University.

He graduated from Mechanical Mathematics Department of Moscow National General University named Lomonosov of the former Soviet Union in 1987. He successfully obtained his PhD. in 1982 in this university in 1990.

Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hai was appointed Chairwoman of FPT Online Service Joint Stock Company (FPT Online) in March 2021.

She graduated from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities with a journalism degree. She was with the team setting up VnExpress and has made great contributions to help it maintain its position as the most popular online newspaper in Vietnam.

In 2018 she was appointed to the position of Deputy General Business Director of FPT Online Service Joint Stock Company. She has led business operations that have yielded good results, and has gradually built FPT Online into a leading digital advertising company.

On 20th August 2020, Mr. Ngo Manh Cuong was appointed as the CEO of FPT Online Service Joint Stock Company (FPT Online).

Mr. Ngo Manh Cuong has joined FPT Online since 2005, he has a lot of experiences in operating advertising business. He is known as the "chief architect" in FPT Online's business with the expansion and development of new business directions such as events, social media, e-commerce, etc.

In the role of General Director of FPT Online, he and his partners aim to make FPT Online the leading digital media company in Vietnam and heading out to the region and the world.

On August 13rd, 2020, Mr. Nguyen The Phuong was appointed as Chairman of FPT FPT Smart Cloud.

He joined FPT in August 2000. With over 20 years of experience in the field of finance, he has made significant contributions to bring FPT’s accounting and finance system in line with international standards. Some of his works include pioneering the digitalization of the financial management system, setting up resources for centralized management and fostering financial investment activities.

On 13rd August 2020, Mr. Le Hong Viet was appointed as the CEO of FPT Smart Cloud.

Since joining FPT in 2005, Mr. Viet has taken various important positions and actively contributed to the technology and business activities of the Corporation.

With a strong technical background and over 10 years of experience studying and working in many countries around the world such as USA, Japan, Australia, Singapore..., he has made significant contributions in the setting up of a foundation for new technology developments, most notably AI. Thereby, FPT has turned into a forerunner in AI in Vietnam. At the same time Mr. Viet has helped promote the development of a diversified technology product ecosystem, which applies new technologies such as Blockchain, Big Data, Cloud ....

Having pinpointed Cloud Computing and AI to be FPT’s strategic technology, Mr. Viet and FPT experts focused on developing Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Computing capabilities throughout three layers: Applications in the FPT ecosystem, Product and service packages for the market, and Valuable resources for Community.

From February 8th, 2021, Mr. Tran Huy Bao Giang was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of FPT Digital Limited Company.

Joining FPT in 2006, he has got over 15 years of IT experience through various roles such as the Technology Director at FPT Software. He has also acted as an architect and chief consultant for many large DX projects for global clients, supporting them to go ahead of the trend, build advanced tech solutions, meet the high-growth demand and gain competitive advantage Mr. Giang has made a significant contribution to the enhancement and creation of core technological capabilities in the DX journey for the Group itself and its member units.

He graduated from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, majoring in Information Technology.
