Mr. Nguyen Van Khoa was appointed as CEO of FPT Corporation on March 29th, 2019.

Joining FPT in 1997, he is a representative of the 7X leadership generation who has grown internally and possesses deep expertise in both B2B and B2C technology and business operations.

In 2012, at the age of 35, he became the CEO of FPT Telecom, making him the youngest CEO to lead one of FPT’s core member companies at the time. Under his leadership (2012–2017), FPT Telecom’s revenue increased by 2.6 times, profit by 1.6 times, and its workforce nearly doubled. The company also maintained its position as the top contributor to FPT’s overall profit for many consecutive years.

Today, FPT Telecom’s telecommunications, Internet, and television infrastructure covers 34/34 provinces and cities after the administrative consolidation.

In 2018, he was appointed Deputy CEO of FPT Corporation and CEO of FPT Information System (FPT IS) as part of the Group’s leadership succession program. Within just one year, he gained strong consensus across the organization and inspired a renewed spirit of innovation.

With a leadership style defined by decisiveness, creativity, and discipline, he has driven FPT’s strong growth, positioning the Group as a leading digital transformation enterprise. He has also laid the foundation for sustainable long-term development through the Made-by-FPT technology ecosystem, expansion of new sales channels, strengthened internal synergies, and enterprise-wide digital transformation that has saved the Group hundreds of billions of VND annually.
