FPT and ZEDAS GmbH, a leading German provider of railway software solutions, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to accelerate digital transformation across the global railway industry.

FPT will bring its strengths in software engineering, AI, data, IoT, and global delivery to help ZEDAS enhance and scale its rail solutions, while ZEDAS contributes deep domain expertise in asset and maintenance management, infrastructure, and logistics. Together, the companies aim to help railway organizations modernize infrastructure, improve asset performance, and optimize maintenance and asset management across passenger and freight transport.
