Effective September 21, 2026, Mr. Ngo Manh Cuong, CEO of FPT Online, FPT Corporation, has been appointed Deputy CEO of FPT Smart Cloud, FPT Corporation. At the same time, Mr. Tran Hai Linh, CEO of Sendo, has been appointed CEO of FPT Online, FPT Corporation.
To strengthen the senior leadership team at one of FPT Corporation’s fast-growing strategic units, with the approval of FPT Corporation’s leadership and the FPT Online Board of Directors, Mr. Ngo Manh Cuong, CEO of FPT Online, FPT Corporation, has been appointed Deputy CEO of FPT Smart Cloud, FPT Corporation. At the same time, Mr. Tran Hai Linh, CEO of Sendo, has been appointed CEO of FPT Online, FPT Corporation. The appointment ceremony was held during FPT Corporation’s management meeting on the morning of September 21.
The ceremony was attended by Mr. Truong Gia Binh, Chairman of FPT Corporation; Mr. Bui Quang Ngoc, Vice Chairman of FPT Corporation; Mr. Do Cao Bao, Member of the FPT Corporation Board of Directors; Mr. Nguyen Van Khoa, CEO of FPT Corporation; members of FPT Corporation’s Executive Board; and leaders of FPT member companies.
FPT Corporation’s leadership highly appreciated the contributions made by Mr. Cuong and Mr. Linh at the companies where they have served. The leadership also emphasized that senior executive rotation brings valuable experience and capabilities to both FPT Online and FPT Smart Cloud, helping create new momentum for growth at the two companies in the period ahead.
Mr. Ngo Manh Cuong has been appointed Deputy CEO of FPT Smart Cloud, FPT Corporation, effective September 21, 2026.Established in August 2020, FPT Smart Cloud is one of FPT Corporation’s fast-growing businesses, providing leading AI and Cloud solutions in Vietnam. In 2026, FPT Smart Cloud recorded impressive revenue growth while expanding the workforce to nearly 1,000 employees. By the end of July 2026 alone, cumulative revenue had already surpassed the total revenue recorded for the full year of 2025.
With extensive experience in B2B business and a strong track record in building and developing new products and services across both B2B and B2C markets, in the new role as Deputy CEO of FPT Smart Cloud, Mr. Ngo Manh Cuong will lead the Government business, accelerate global business expansion, and enhance marketing effectiveness in business development. The addition of a senior executive is expected to help advance new strategic business directions for FPT Smart Cloud in the next phase of growth.
In the new role, Mr. Ngo Manh Cuong will join the FPT Smart Cloud Executive Board, focusing on driving the Government business, expanding global markets, and enhancing marketing effectiveness in business development.Born in 1982, Mr. Ngo Manh Cuong graduated from Foreign Trade University in Hanoi. As CEO of FPT Online, FPT Corporation, in addition to maintaining the company’s position as one of Vietnam’s leading online advertising companies for many years with the eClick and Smart Ads brands, Mr. Cuong led FPT Online in expanding into several new business areas. Under his leadership, VnExpress Marathon developed into a race series attracting nearly 100,000 participants annually; online sports platform vRace grew to nearly two million regular users; and FPT Online expanded into national and international esports tournaments.
Mr. Tran Hai Linh has been appointed CEO of FPT Online, FPT Corporation, effective September 21, 2026.As CEO of FPT Online, FPT Corporation, Mr. Tran Hai Linh is expected to continue driving growth across existing business areas while successfully developing new growth engines to accelerate FPT Online’s growth in the coming period.
With years of experience in online business and digital technology, Mr. Tran Hai Linh is expected to continue advancing FPT Online’s existing businesses while creating new growth engines for the company.Born in 1983, Mr. Tran Hai Linh graduated from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. He has a strong management background and extensive experience in online business and digital technology. Before joining FPT, Mr. Linh served as CEO of Lenovo Vietnam at the age of 24. At FPT, he previously served as Business Director of FPT Online before laying the foundation for and leading the Sendo e-commerce project, transforming Sendo from an internal FPT project into a digital ecosystem serving more than 20 million customers and hundreds of thousands of sellers.
