FPT has won five honors at the Brandon Hall Group™ HCM Excellence Awards®, one of the world’s largest and longest-running awards programs in human capital management. The awards recognize organizations worldwide for innovative initiatives in human resources, learning and talent management that deliver meaningful impact and significant business results.

Among the five honors, FPT received a Gold Award in the Future of Work category for Best Use of AI for Business Impact. FPT’s award-winning initiative leverages AI to accurately analyze employees’ skills, enabling more precise and effective workforce allocation decisions.

FPT also received a Silver Award in Talent Management for its outstanding talent management strategy, along with three Bronze Awards recognizing notable initiatives in competency and skills development, learning strategy under the Learning and Development category, and the use of AI in shaping the future of work under the Future of Work category.
