As the world enters an unprecedented cycle of technological change shaped by strategic technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), quantum computing, and semiconductors, Mr. Nguyen Van Khoa has identified strengthening collaboration and agility across the ASOCIO community as a key priority for his new term.

Speaking about his priorities for the 2027–2028 term, Mr. Nguyen Van Khoa said: “The continued confidence placed in Vietnam’s representative at ASOCIO is a recognition of the progress, capabilities, and growing international credibility of Vietnam’s technology industry.”

Sharing his vision for the new term, Mr. Khoa noted that the era of AI and strategic technologies is rewriting the rules of the global landscape at an unprecedented pace. This is not a time for economies to go it alone. ASOCIO needs to become a closely connected platform where members not only share technology and resources, but also work together to develop standards and shape the digital future.

Mr. Khoa affirmed that, as ASOCIO Vice Chairman, he will work alongside VINASA to promote substantive cooperation and connect the resources and expertise of member economies, enabling Vietnamese technology companies to participate more deeply in global value chains while contributing to the prosperous and sustainable development of Asia and Oceania.

On this occasion, the ASOCIO Digital & AI Summit & Award 2026 will also take place from October 5 to 7, 2026, in Jakarta, Indonesia. The event will focus on the themes “Accelerating Digital Transformation” and “AI Beyond…”
