Vietnam HR Summit is a major annual event for Vietnam’s HR community. Under the theme “Building Winning Organisations – The Workforce Advantage,” the event brought together more than 800 business leaders and HR professionals to discuss shifts in the workforce, productivity, HR operations, and the evolving relationship between people and AI in the workplace.
Today, advances in AI are transforming how enterprises approach human resource management. Technology is no longer used solely to automate individual tasks but is increasingly involved in data utilization, decision-making support, productivity enhancement, and workforce development.
Against this backdrop, the challenge for enterprises goes beyond selecting individual AI tools. Organizations also need to determine how technology can be integrated into specific touchpoints across HR operations while ensuring compatibility with existing systems and appropriate data governance.
With this perspective, FPT participated in the exhibition under the theme “The Next for HRM Solutions with AI,” attracting hundreds of visitors to explore and experience FPT solutions. FPT showcased an ecosystem of AI-powered digital HR solutions designed to address specific needs across recruitment, HR management, training, and workforce development.
Among the highlights was FPT AINAVI – a Recruitment and Career Development Technology Ecosystem, addressing recruitment challenges as enterprises increasingly seek to harness data and AI more effectively.
The FPT technology booth showcased an ecosystem of AI-powered digital HR solutions addressing recruitment, management, training, and workforce development.
FPT AINAVI supports multi-channel recruitment, enabling enterprises to reach candidate pools across multiple platforms. Built on a data-driven foundation, the solution applies AI to support information analysis and processing across different stages of the recruitment process.
FPT AINAVI is also designed to integrate with existing enterprise systems, connecting recruitment data and workflows with an organization’s technology infrastructure. At the same time, the solution emphasizes responsible data governance, helping enterprises effectively harness data and AI as requirements surrounding security, privacy, and regulatory compliance become increasingly important.

FPT also introduced a comprehensive ecosystem of AI-powered digital HR solutions serving multiple aspects of human resource management.
For workforce management and operations, FPT showcased FPT.iHRP – a comprehensive digital human resource management system, which has been trusted by more than 300 customers across various industries. FPT also presented a next-generation electronic contract platform that supports the digitalization and standardization of the entire contract signing process within enterprises.
For learning and talent development, Smart Training Solutions and FPT AI Mentor – an AI-powered platform for personalized learning and capability development are designed to enhance the learning experience and support capability development tailored to individual needs.
For operational efficiency and productivity, FPT AI Agents EOS – Enterprise Agent Operating System enables employees and AI Agents to work together on a unified governance and control platform, paving the way for a new digital workforce powered by Agentic AI.
Connecting these solutions within a unified ecosystem demonstrates how AI can be integrated across multiple HR touchpoints, from talent acquisition and development to workforce management, learning, capability building, and operational optimization.
This approach — embedding technology into the broader enterprise operating model rather than treating AI as a standalone supporting tool — reflects FPT’s current approach to HRM transformation.
With an AI-First direction, FPT continues to accelerate the adoption of AI across solutions and operations. Throughout this journey, FPT remains committed to supporting enterprises in comprehensive, flexible, and sustainable HR digital transformation, bringing AI deeper into recruitment, management, training, and workforce development to build modern, intelligent HR operations ready to adapt to an evolving business environment.
