FPT Won the 'Top Enterprises with Digital Platforms' Award

FPT was honored with "Top Enterprises with Digital Platforms" in the agenda of the Forum on "Digital Transformation in enterprises with innovative thoughts and actions" on December 28.

Also, FPT Long Chau Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company was awarded among "Typical digital transformation enterprises" in 2022.

The Forum on "Digital Transformation in enterprises with innovative thoughts and actions" was organized by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) in collaboration with the Vietnam Business Forum (VBF) Magazine and the Institute of Information Technology for Business (VCCI-ITB).

According to the organizers, the award resulted from a survey of digital transformation implementing and consulting services of FPT, which brought significant benefits for businesses, from management to sales, research, and development.

Accordingly, FPT had accompanied its clients in making successful digital transformations, helping them cut operating costs, reach more customers, and grow sustainably.

With the support of local leaders across the country, FPT promoted high-level discussions with leaders of more than 40 localities, signed digital transformation cooperation agreements with 24 localities, and gave digital transformation training sessions for tens of thousands of provincial leaders at all levels.

"Based on its digital transformation experience, local socio-economic characteristics, and competitive advantages, the Corporation will accompany provinces to develop comprehensively on all three pillars (Digital Economy, Digital Government, and Digital Society) toward the digital nation model. Furthermore, it will help localities flexibly adapt to the new normal by consulting on socio-economic development planning, digital transformation scheming, and training to raise awareness on a large scale", said the FPT's representative.

FPT also helped solve the pain points of digital transformation for governments, businesses, and organizations. The Made-by-FPT ecosystem and FPT Digital Kaizen methodology enabled FPT's partners to utilize technology in production and sales effectively, improving people's lives.

In addition, the Corporation provided digital solutions for enterprises in different sectors such as Government, Transport, Health, Manufacturing, Banking - Finance... As a result, many large corporations, such as Thien Long, Kim Tin, and Tan Long, had chosen FPT as their strategic partner in digital transformation consultancy and implementation.

Besides, FPT Long Chau Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company achieved the "Typical Digital Transformation Enterprises" Award. In 2022, Long Chau reached the milestone of 1,000 pharmacies covering 63 provinces and cities in Vietnam. In particular, it digitally transformed by upgrading the sales systems based on Cloud and AI to enhance customer experience.

Mr. Bui Hai Ha - Director of IT Center, FPT Digital Retail - emphasized that FPT Long Chau was the first pharmacy chain in Vietnam to reach more than 1,000 stores in 63 localities nationwide. With the desire to bring the best experience to customers and equip pharmacists with the best sales tools, FPT Long Chau invested in a high-tech sales system.

Instead of focusing on building the system and tracking sales, all the features of the new system could be customized upon pharmacists' requests. Therefore, the sales system could quickly reach customer requirements.

FPT Long Chau had cooperated with FPT Software to launch the system. A project team of 200 people had been working continuously for almost a year on the Icloud platform. Many years ago, FPT Long Chau also implemented numerous transformation strategies regarding human resources and business models.
