According to data provided by FPT, as of July 31, 2026, the total workforce across the Corporation’s ecosystem, comprising seven subsidiaries and four affiliated companies, reached 88,553 employees. This represented an increase of 2,562 employees, or 2.98%, compared with the end of 2025.

Of this total, more than 7,000 employees are working at FPT’s branches and offices overseas, spanning 30 countries and territories. The company also employs more than 4,000 foreign nationals representing 82 nationalities, primarily from the United States, Japan, Slovakia, Malaysia, Mexico and the Philippines. The scale and diversity of its workforce reflect FPT’s expanding global footprint, particularly in the technology sector.

According to statistics published by CafeF, FPT ranks second among Vietnam’s private enterprises by workforce size.

Excluding four affiliated companies, FPT’s workforce stood at 44,388 employees as of June 30, 2026, according to its financial statements. As of December 31, 2025, the corresponding figure was 54,110 employees. The difference reflects the fact that, beginning in 2026, FPT Telecom has been accounted for under the equity method.

In the first seven months of 2026, FPT’s revenue and profit before tax increased by 13.6% and 18.3%, respectively, approximately four to six times the 2.98% growth rate of its workforce. This indicates continued improvement in the Corporation’s labor productivity and operational efficiency, supported in part by the integration of AI into operational processes and service delivery.

According to FPT’s business results for the first seven months of 2026, the Corporation recorded revenue of VND 30.784 trillion and profit before tax of VND 6.659 trillion, up 13.6% and 18.3% year-on-year, respectively.

The Technology sector remained the primary growth driver, generating VND 27.298 trillion in revenue, accounting for 89% of total revenue and representing a 16% year-on-year increase. Notably, Digital Transformation revenue reached VND 11.127 trillion, up 20.8%. Within this segment, revenue from AI/Data Analytics services surged 54%, the highest growth rate among FPT’s service offerings, reflecting the continued expansion of demand for AI transformation among the Corporation’s global clients.
