This is the 3rd time FPT Software has joined the event to introduce its Cloud-based services to customers worldwide. At deep dive sessions on Lotus Notes of IBM and Azure of Microsoft, FPT Software and the experts of Microsoft Japan shared their experience in providing Cloud -based services through the projects implemented for customers in the fields of health, satellite, education, retail etc.
With its experiences of implementing the Cloud-based projects in the past 5 years, FPT understands the challenges the enterprises must face during cloud transformation. Thereby the compamy offers services covering the entire process of migration to Cloud technology, helping enterprises address these challenges. These services include Smart Migration (solutions & services for enterprises that need to migrate their applications/servers and data to a cloud platform and infrastructure); SaaSification (FPT assists Independent Software Vendors to transform business model from traditional software licensing to Software-as-a-Service model); Cloud Application Performance Monitoring, Cloud Security Risk Assessment etc. Most of FPT’s Cloud services are deployed on such major platforms as AWS, Azure, Office365, Saleforce, CloudStack and OpenStack. FPT also builds some tools to strengthen its services namely SaaS Citus Blocks, Citus Cloud Load Test, Citus Pro Migration Suite.
Cloud Day is an annual event organized by Nikkei for the first time in 2012. In 2015, the event in Tokyo attracted the participation of 100 companies and 15,000 visitors.
