In education and training, the two parties will jointly research and propose projects involving multi-level general education complexes and vocational training facilities. They will also promote digital skills training for government officials, civil servants, public employees, residents, and businesses.

In recent years, the province has continued maintaining and upgrading digital infrastructure, shared platforms, and data connectivity and sharing systems. The application of technology in public administration and administrative procedure processing has also been accelerated.
However, challenges remain in human resources, infrastructure, equipment, and data, requiring new approaches to implementation.
The Chairman expressed hope that FPT's technological and educational capabilities, experience, and partner network would help address the province's specific challenges, strengthen the capabilities of the local workforce, and create additional development opportunities for businesses and residents in Quang Tri.
