FPT has built up the international-standard Enterprise Human Capital Management System

The effective management of human resources (HR) with 20% to 30% annual growth has been a challenge to FPT during the past 20 years of development.

At the beginning of May 2009, with the application of a copyrighted software by Oracle, FPT succeeded in deploying and using PeopleSoft Enterprise Human Capital Management with features such as: Workforce Admin, Recruiting, Enterprise Learning; Payroll Interface.

Currently, FPT’s project team is continuing to implement the features: Global Payroll & Absence Management , Benefit, ePerformance, , Stock Administration and especially Self-service (such as finding about incomes, updating and changing personal information …).

Once the new Enterprise Human Capital Management System is completed, FPT anticipates to better manage and effectively exploit the human capital of the Corporation and other subsidiary companies.
