In the first half of 2025, FPT recorded revenue of VND 32,683 billion and profit before tax of VND 6,166 billion, representing year-on-year growth of 11.4% and 18.5%, respectively. Profit after tax attributable to shareholders of the parent company reached VND 4,432 billion, up 20.7%, while earnings per share (EPS) stood at VND 3,007, marking a 19.6% increase compared to the previous year.

First half of 2025, FPT secured 12 new international contracts valued at over USD 10 million each

The Technology sector (including both domestic and global IT services) continued to play a key role, contributing 61% of the Group’s revenue and 46% of its profit before tax—equivalent to VND 20,128 billion and VND 2,834 billion, respectively—representing year-on-year growth of 11.3% and 15.4%.

Amid ongoing global economic challenges, revenue from global IT services maintained growth of 14.4%, reaching VND 16,669 billion, while profit before tax rose by 16.6% to VND 2,681 billion. The main growth driver was the Japanese market, which recorded a 28.1% increase compared to the same period last year. By the end of the first half of 2025, newly signed global IT service contracts totaled VND 19,909 billion, up 4.7% year-on-year. Affirming its position as a world-class billion-dollar tech company, FPT secured 12 large-scale contracts (each worth over USD 10 million) in the first six months—an increase of 50% year-on-year.

Digital transformation revenue from global markets reached VND 7,765 billion in the first six months of 2025, up 15.8% year-on-year, driven by advanced technologies such as Cloud and AI/Data Analytics.

Meanwhile, domestic IT services recorded revenue of VND 3,459 billion, a slight decline of 1.3% year-on-year. The Made-by-FPT product ecosystem continued to grow strongly, generating VND 1,148 billion in revenue (up 21.8%) thanks to its high applicability across both the enterprise and government sectors.

Telecom and Education sector maintain upward trajectory

Telecom services recorded revenue of VND 9,030 billion, up 13.4% year-on-year, with profit before tax reaching VND 2,017 billion, an increase of 18.9%.

FPT’s Education segment posted revenue of VND 3,537 billion, representing a 3.3% increase compared to the same period last year.

FPT announces strategic partnership and investment with Sumitomo and SBI 

On April 22, 2025, in Hanoi, FPT Corporation officially announced the establishment of a strategic partnership with two leading Japanese conglomerates, Sumitomo and SBI Holdings. Under the agreement, Sumitomo and SBI Holdings will each invest 20% equity in FPT Smart Cloud Japan, a subsidiary of FPT operating in the Japanese market. This strategic collaboration aims to accelerate the adoption of AI through the FPT AI Factory’s ecosystem of products and services, contributing to the realization of sovereign AI development in Japan, and building an internationally standardized product ecosystem that meets increasingly stringent local market demands.

FPT tops out educational complex in Hue

On March 26, 2025, marking the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Thua Thien Hue, FPT held the topping-out ceremony for THE educational complex designed to accommodate 20,000 learners. Located in the An Van Duong New Urban Area, Thuy Thanh Commune, Huong Thuy Town, the project spans a total area of 8.68 hectares. It includes a system of integrated general education schools (Primary, Secondary, and High School) and vocational education institutions (FPT College, FPT PolySchool), with training programs focused on cutting-edge technology fields such as STEM, AI, and Robotics.

FPT breaks ground on FPT School in Soc Trang

On June 1, 2025, FPT officially broke ground on the FPT School in Soc Trang, located in the 5A Urban Area of Soc Trang City. This marks FPT’s third campus in the Mekong Delta region, following Can Tho and Hau Giang, with a semi-boarding capacity of approximately 2,160 students. The school is expected to open for the 2025–2026 academic year. Built on nearly 15,700 m², the campus features a modern "school-in-a-garden" design with a central courtyard, U-shaped classroom blocks, and green spaces. It follows an educational model focused on STEM, AI, and Robotics—aligned with the Politburo’s Resolutions 57 and 68—to develop high-quality local human resources and promote digital transformation in regional education. The project reflects FPT’s continued efforts to expand its comprehensive education ecosystem from primary to university level in the southwestern region of Vietnam.
