1.38 billion dongs have been collected to build Poko bridge
After a week calling for donation to build a bridge over the Poko river for the people of Ngoc Hoi district in Kon Tum province, by the morning of 16 June, the total donation collected from VnExpress readers and FPT employees reached VND 1.38 billion, 720.6 million of which came from the contribution of FPT employees.

Last week, a survey along more than 20 kilometers of the Poko river through Ngoc Hoi district was conducted by FPT Land Company. The most suitable position for a rigid suspending bridge was selected out of six similar options.

The expected length and width of the bridge is 120 meters and 1.2-1.5 meter respectively. The total expense is estimated at VND 1.5 billion. FPT Land has worked with the People Committee of Ngoc Hoi and the designing partner to draw out the most detailed information on location and characteristic of the proposed bridge by middle of this week.
Thank to the merciful heart of VnExpress readers and FPT employees, the dream of the people of Ngoc Hoi district (Kon Tum) of a bridge over the hasty river is coming true.
