150 charity gifts donated in Ben Tre province
In the morning of September 8, the members of “Khoa and Friend” volunteer group donated 150 gifts for the needy and solitary elderly and poor and studious children in Ben Tre.

The volunteer group gave 50 gifts to the elderly and 100 gifts to the primary and secondary pupils.
50 gifts were donated for the needy and solitary elderly in Ben Tre.
According to the team leader Nguyen Vo Dang Khoa working for FPT Trading, the kids here had to have books in hands or plastic bags for school because of money shortage to afford briefcases. So they were very excited to receive the backpacks.
At the end of the program, the group gifted Tran Thi Be Nhi (10th grade student) with excellent achievements for 9 school years but in difficult circumstances. A piece of clothing was given to her to sew traditional dress. The group hoped this gift could encourage Nhi to study harder.
On behalf of the residents, the Chairman of My Hoa Commune Mr. Ho Van Ut gave thanks to all members of the group.
