Dear shareholders,

FPT Corporation would like to inform that our CEO Truong Dinh Anh will be absent from office from August 1 to September 30, 2012 for personal healthcare treatment, which had been approved by FPT Chairman. During his temporary leave, Vice President Chu Thanh Ha will be in charge of the company’s day-to-day operation.

After the first six months in 2012, profit-before-tax of FPT Corporation reached VND 1,205 billion. Being gained despite economic challenges, this result was viewed encouraging by the Board of Directors, who also highly appreciates the effort made by the employees and the management teams of the company.
