- Par value: VND 10,000 (Ten thousand dongs)
- Ex-date: June 4th 2009
- Record date: June 8th 2009
- Purpose: Organize Shareholders’ Extraordinary Meeting
- About:
+ Preferred shares issuance plan for employees at par value, with total number of 5% of chartered capital on issuance date, from FPT Information System Company (FIS) and FPT Trading Group (FTG);
+ Convertible bonds issuance plan;
+ Modification of the Charter of FPT Corporation.
