Announcement on deadline for registration for receiving dividend in cash

FPT Corporation respectfully inform you the deadline for receiving 2010 dividend in cash as follows:

- Stock type: Common stock
- Par value: 10,000 dongs (ten thousand dongs)
- Ex-right date: 5th May 2011 (in case of trading more than 100,000 stock on 5th and 6th May 2011, seller is not entitled to this right)
- Registration deadline: 9th May 2011
- Purpose: paying the rest dividend in cash for 2010
- Rate: 5% (500 dongs per share)
- Payment due date: 26th May 2011
- Place of payment:
