Announcement Re.: Conversion of restricted stock

To: Shareholders of FPT Corporation

FPT Corporation received Dispatch No. 332/VSD-DK dated January 14, 2013 by Vietnam Stock Depository on approval of converting 173,899 restricted stocks of FPT Corporation into common stock in compliance with the regulation on issuance of reference stock approved by the company’s annual shareholder meeting.

The newly converted stocks can be traded commencing on January 15, 2013.

- For owner of un-deposited securities: you can register for ownership certificate at :

(during working days) and show your ID card and proof of ownership of the restricted stock (if any).
