Content: Meeting of FPT Board of Management on the establishment of FPT Real Estate Co., Ltd., HCMC Branch.

1.       Purpose:  To expand business scope.

2.       Content:

On 11 July 2007, at FPT’s head office at 89 Lang Ha, Hanoi, the FPT Board of Management held a meeting and passed the following issues:

To establish the HCMC Branch of FPT Real Estate Co., Ltd.

-          Address: 41 Suong Nguyet Anh, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

-          Business scope:

§         Investment in real estate (exclusive of land price advisory);

§         Leasing services for houses, offices, workshops, and warehouses;

§         Dormitory, hotel, and restaurant services (not in head office);

§         Entertainment services (exclusive of karaoke, discotheque and bar services) (not in head office);

§         Real estate advisory and management services (exclusive of legal advisory services);

§         Civil, industrial, transportation and irrigation construction;

§         Investment, construction and conducting business in urban zones, industrial zones and high-tech zones;

§         Ground leveling, building foundation placement;

§         Exterior and interior decoration of civil and industrial buildings;

§         Installation of power, water, and cabling for civil and industrial buildings;

§         Trading of construction materials, equipment, and devices in civil and industrial construction;

§         Investment, construction and conducting business in parks and entertainment areas;

§         Investment advisory (exclusive of legal advisory);

§         Construction of industrial, civil, transportation and irrigation works.
