Aptech awards “Me and IT” Contest

In the morning of March 3rd, 2008 FPT – Aptech Computer School’s representative gave out prizes for the contest “Me and IT” at Yen Hoa High school, Hanoi.

Almost 400 high school students participated in the contest, sitting the examination and passing high results. Winners received prizes such as cell phones, mp3 players, and USBs. A Nokia 2630 cell phone was given to Pham Trung Thanh, a student in class 11TN1.

Appraising the contest’s significance, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thuy Anh, Principal of Trung Hoa High school said the contest had attracted the participation of many students, arousing their passion for IT, high school students in particular and young people in general.

As for FPT – Aptech, this is an annual activity offering Hanoian high school students opportunities to access information technologies.

Pham Trung Thanh, the First Prize winner, is among the best students in his school. He said “I love IT very much. My dream is to be a computer specialist and I will try my best to make it come true”.
