Aptech Vietnam celebrates 10th anniversary

Once a year, Aptech Computer Centre System holds a national conference to review its operation through-out the country over the year. This is also a good opportunity for the centers to share their experience, propose approaches to improve training quality in preparation for the 10th anniversary of Aptech’s operations in Vietnam.

2008 Aptech Vietnam Conference

This year, Aptech Vietnam Conference took place from February 29^th to March 2^nd in Hochiminh City, with over 60 delegates from 33 training centers nationwide participating. Of special note, the conference was saw the attendance of Aptech India’s distinguished delegates.

Since its launch, Vietnam Aptech has significantly provided Vietnam’s IT industry with qualified IT staff. After 9 years of operation, Aptech Vietnam has trained 40,000 students, including 10,000 currently enrolled students.

According to surveys conducted by Aptech centers in Vietnam, 99% of postgraduates have jobs and many of them are holding important positions in domestic and international software companies.

Mr. Ramesh, Director of Aptech Asia Pacific said: “Aptech Vietnam is among Aptech’s largest and most outstanding training centers, thanks to its impressive achievements during the past few years. Its many accomplishments in IT training and application has made the Aptech name known world wide”.

He also emphasized the leading role of FPT Aptech centers in the growth of Vietnam Aptechs, which can make Vietnam become Aptech’s target market. Starting with 2 centers in Hanoi and Hochiminh City, Aptech Vietnam now has 33 centers, with operations in 17 provinces nationwide.

It is expected that by its 10^th anniversary, Aptech Vietnam will have up to 50 centers in Vietnam, raising the total number of students to 47,000. After 9 years of operation, Aptech Vietnam has successfully proved its leading position in IT training, winning many domestic and international awards.

Aptech Vietnam’s achievements

- Aptech Vietnam was the first IT training center in Vietnam to meet ISO 9001:2000 standards, certified by the BVQI.

- 2001, 2003, 2005: Aptech Vietnam was recognized as “Aptech Best Training Center” by Aptech India Corporation.

- From 2003 to 2007: Aptech Vietnam was selected as “Top IT Training Center” at the annual IT exhibition held by the International Data Group – IDG and Hochiminh City Computer Association.

- 2005: Aptech Vietnam was awarded Golden Vietnam IT and Communication Cup award.

- 2006, 2007: Aptech Vietnam won the Sao Khue Award.
