Breakthrough with the solution of collecting budget through banks

That solution has been deployed in all 4 branches: Hai Phong Branch; Ngo Quyen Branch; Le Chan Branch and Hong Bang Branch.

As scheduled, once deployed successfully in Hai Phong, this branch will be deployed on a large scale for Vietinbank in other provinces. 

The advantage of this solution is creating a breakthrough change between the budget collecting system of the National Treasury and the system of collecting budget through banks.

Currently, the budget collecting system is mainly through the National Treasury. The National Treasury Network consists of the Central National Treasury, 64 national treasuries in provinces and cities and 600 national treasuries in districts, with only one collecting place in each district.

The collecting time and working time are office hours with the direct collecting method.

With the system collecting budget through banks, then changing it to the National Treasuries, this network will spread with each province or district having tens of collecting places instead of the National Treasury’s system.

In addition, the time available for collecting budget will be longer and in the future it will be done through the ATM system 24/24 hours.

The solution “Collecting budget through banks” will bring about benefits and convenience for all 3 sides: the National Treasury, banks and taxpayers.

FPT Information System Company has cooperated with VietinBank in this project since October 01, 2008. This is a product which was developed on the basis of accumulating experience and deep understanding of the profession of collecting budget through the National Treasury, which had been carried out by the project team of Exchanging Information about Tax – National Treasury – Finance – Customs since 2006, before which was the model of developing the product built since 2003.
