"When joining this program, the greatest thing you gains is not only changing your life, but also helping change the world," stated FPT Chairman Truong Gia Bind at the opening ceremony of the 2nd BrSE class held in Tokyo, Japan on June 3.
113 student of the July course joined an important on the way to conquer their dreams in Japan. Like the first course, the second opening ceremony was also attended by all stakeholders.
According to Mr. Binh, FPT with hundreds of major clients and partners in Japan helped them open a door of opportunity to become global technology citizen. "You could turn agriculture into digital agriculture, airlines into digital airline etc. Vietnam expects that millions of people will be involved in IT, Japan is in need of thousands of young engineers with aspiration in technology and desire to change the world. Up to date, the Corp has taken 156 tra inees to Japan under BrSE program. In 2015, this figure will be increased to 500 people.
As one of two strategic programs deployed in Japan by FPT, 10,000 BrSE (from 2014 to 2018) is supported and highly appreciated by the Government of Japan.
About 5,000 out of 10.000 BrSEs will be trained in the form of oversea study in Japan. The remaining 5,000 people will join Bachelor of Information Technology (BIT) Degree program by FPT University and the BrSE training program by FPT Software.
FPT Software will combine with local banks to lend trainees in Japan with tuitions and create the best conditions for them to work here with the minimum wage of USD 2,000 per month. Trainees do not need to prove their financial capability. Also, FPT Software has partnered with Meros Language School in Japan to create a specific training program for them.
In the globalization strategy of FPT Software Japan has always been considered an important market 1 brings growth and sustainable stability. FPT Japan currently has 3 offices with the number of employees will reach 500 by the end of 2015 and targets revenue growth of 40% over the previous year.
