Changing time of General Shareholders Meeting

To: VietnamSecurities Depository

FPT’s General Shareholders Meeting was about to be held commencing from 25^th February 2011 as per announcement No. 21/FPT-FAF dated 9 February 2011 sent tothe Vietnam Securities Depository, stating that 26^th March 2011 would be scheduled date of the Meeting.

However,for better preparation, we would like to reschedule the meeting time as follows:

- Time: 8:00 am,Friday, 15^th April 2011.

- Venue: HanoiHorison Hotel, 40 Cat Linh, Hanoi.
