Contracts flow to Datacenter
On December 1st, a contract was signed between FPT Information System Services Company (FIS SRV for short) and Vietnam Satellite Television Co. Ltd. (VSTV for short) at 844 La Thanh, Giang Vo, Ba Dinh, Hanoi. Accordingly, VSTV shall hire two racks located at FIS’ Datacenter within 24 months, starting from December 1st, 2009.

Previously, on November 15th, FIS SRV contracted with TienphongBank on continuity of co-location services involving 09 ranks of the bank at the DC within 12 months. It is preceded by the like contract dated 15 November 2008 between FIS and TiephongBank.
Also in this week, hardware for the Ministry of Industry and Trade shall be installed at the Center in accordance with the contract “Provision of Co-location services” for the Ministry including the hire of 01 rack within 36 months
Therefore, after TienPhongBank, VP Bank and the Ministry of Industry and Trade, VSTV is the fourth customer using co-location service of FIS Datacenter.
Recently the installation of hardware for VSTV has been finished. DC technicians are setting up the software.
