Customer survey

A survey on the customer’s satisfaction on products and services delivered by FPT Mobile Co. Ltd. (FMB) - a member of FPT Trading Group- was conducted from 10th to 25th December 2009.

The survey methodology this year was changed. For agents within the areas of Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, and Hanoi, FMB sent its staff to conduct direct interviews and for agents in other provinces, the interviewed in done via telephone. This is the outstanding feature of the survey compared to previous postal surveys.

After two weeks, the feedback ratio from both agents and customers is optimistic, among which Da Nang stands the first place with 96,55% of agents and 100% of customers answered.

Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City have greater number of corresponsive maintenance customers with 98,67% and 100% respectively.

The result is being analyzed, which is the foundation for FMB to improve their service quality while correcting unsuitable points to meet customer’s satisfaction.
