Disclosure on changing outstanding voting shares

Pursuant to the 17^th revised securities registration certificate No. 51/2006/GCNCP-VSD-17 dated July 1, 2013 by the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD), FPT Corporation would like to announce change of the current voting shares to the State Securities Commission and Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange as follows:

- Stock code: FPT
- Total number of shares: 275,201,755 shares, 2,752,017,550,000 dongs.
- Number of additionally-registered shares: 1,352,922 shares, 13,529,220,000 dongs.
- Number of outstanding shares with voting rights: 82,376,275,119,379 shares including 82,376 treasury shares.
