DMS-Mobility enables Hau Giang Pharmacy keep pace with modern trend’

In the morning of June 20, the contract signing and project launching ceremony to implement DMS-Mobility for Hau Giang Pharmacy was held at its headquarter in Can Tho. This was the first activity under the strategic cooperation framework between FPT Corporation and Hau Giang Pharmacy.
According to the contract, FPT Software will pilot the DMS-Mobility for Hau Giang Pharmacy in Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai before implementing nationwide.
Chairwoman Nga disclosed: “Though we are having a good sales system, the sales force still need a more powerful tool to maintain leading position in the market. Therefore, we chose the DMS-Mobility developed by FPT”.
The DMS-Mobility implemented for Hau Giang Pharmacy comprises modules for sales management and sales force management. Furthermore, when the DMS-Mobility is implemented, frequently-travelling staff of the company will be equipped with a 3G tablet with GPS and digital camera.
At the time they are present at any point of sales, they will be able to update the latest information on the status of goods and account receivables. Images of product exhibition and sign board of pharmaceutical shops and hospitals are also captured and uploaded instantly. Using a digital map, the sales supervisor can acknowledge the route and visit activities of all the salesmen under his management.
In addition to implementing the DMS-Mobility, the two sides also discussed cooperation opportunities that might be involved by other FPT’s subsidiaries such as FPT Telecom, FPT IS ERP, and FPT Trading Mekong.
