Dong Tam Joint-Stock Company checks before accepting the project of Consulting and Deploying the Management Software Solution

FPT and Dong Tam have tried their best to finish a complicated project which has brought about a stable ERP system for Dong Tam.

The ERP Dong Tam project, which was consulted by FPT- IS ERP, is of a large scale with 23 deploying places including subsidiary companies and branches.

This project has been assessed as rather complicated because Dong Tam has applied the solution of manufacturing in the OPM (Oracle Process Manufacturing) model, and the application of IT in managing the new manufacturing models has only been realized in Viet Nam in recent years.

The deploying scale of the project includes sub-systems: manufacturing management (OPM); sales management (OM); storing management (INV); purchase management (PO) and finance management (FIN).

Once this period has ended, Dong Tam will have a concentrated information system and will be able to manage all the business and manufacturing activities of the company nationwide.

Presently Dong Tam is also deploying the enlargement of the human resource (HR) and payment (PR) management system on the basis of Oracle solution.
