In April, FPT IS unified three of its electronic services including Certificate Authority, e-Tax declaration and e-Customs declaration into one single package.
According to Bao, the provision of this full package meant that FPT IS would care the same customers under the same price frame so that it would centrally manage all the services to serve the enterprises in a more efficient manner.

According to Le Cong Vu, the e-Customs and Certificate Authority services had facilitated Bicosouth’s customs declaration, post-clearance, data storage and lookup.
Le Cong Vu, Manager of Import-Export Department of Biscosouth shared that his company had applied the certificate authority and e-customs declaration services since 2010. While it used to take the company about eight hours to complete all the clearance procedures, the e-services provided FPT has helped to shorten the time to 30 minutes, even only 10.
An outstanding feature of the FPT’s e-Customs service is the compactness. As the total memory space required for the software is about 13 MB, all the enterprise needs is a USB to install and store the data.
Beside the e-Customs services, authority certificate and e-Tax declaration have attracted great attention from enterprise community. Though these services are still new in Vietnam, they are becoming dominating as enterprises have steadily outreached the territory to integrate further to the global market.
“in the long run, FPT will continue to develop these services to become the pioneer in providing other e-services in the fields of social insurance, medical insurance, government budget collection and other public services to meet the most demand of enterprises and the people” said Tran Thanh Bao.
