Enhancing capability to keep pace with the China+1 program of Japanese partner
A Japanese partner of FPT Japan- a member of FPT Software- has been working with China for years with remarkable work load. To minimize the risk of depending largely on these Chinese guys, they decided to practice the China+1 program to search for partners from other countries whose capabilities are similar to that of the China. Vietnam and the Philippines were chosen, the two representatives of which are FPT and Luvina and Alliance and AWS respectively.

Participating companies were invited to visit and study the working and training model of the Chinese partners. After the visit, each company should give an action plan and a roadmap to improve its current capabilities.
The Japanese partner shall visit to check the progress of participating parties.
FPT has proposed an initial plan for its capability enhancement. On 13th January 2010, a meeting shall be arranged by FPT to prepare for this visit which is expected to take place in February 2010.
