Establishing TeleHouse Vietnam Datacenter Joint Venture
Recently, FPT Information System Corporation (FIS), KDDI Corporation and ITX Corporation (Japan) have signed the agreement to establish data center joint venture. The joint venture is named TeleHouse Vietnam, of which the data center is Telehouse Hanoi.

TeleHouse Hanoi, which is built in compliance with international standards will officially come into use in March 2010. With this joint venture, the Telehouse data center of KDDI Corporation has expanded its presence in nine areas and ten cities around the world.
The TeleHouse Vietnam Joint venture shall provide internationally standardized data center services with facilities and procedures that strictly comply with the standards set by KDDI.
The services provided by TeleHouse Vietnam includes collocation, management, internet connection and other services at customer’s demand to help improve their efficiency and cost saving.
Together with business expansion of multinational corporations in Vietnam, the demand for a backup information technology tools to ensure business continuity has been continually increasing. Moreover, the need for reliable ICT infrastructure and datacenter like the ones of theses corporations has increasingly grown.
Therefore, TeleHouse Hanoi, with international standards including operation procedures, quality assurance system and high safety, will best satisfy customer needs.
With systems with datacenter as a separate vital factor, KDDI and FIS, via Telehouse Vietnam, shall offer the customer a diversity of services ranging from design, consultation, to warranty and maintenance, covering solutions and system integration.
About Data Center
The datacenter shall be equipped with stable infrastructure facilities to meet the strict demand of power consumption.
In addition, there is backup options for the system of transformer, UPS and industrial standardized generator to ensure the stable and continuous power supply for the customers.
The datacenter is also protected by disaster preventing devices such as VESDA fire protection system. To ensure the highest level of security, beside 24x7 monitoring activities provided by security guard, the datacenter employs authentication methods using magnetic card and finger print.
The qualified datacenter services provided by TeleHouse Vietnam have been proven by completed procedure and expertise in KDDI’s Telehouse datacenters in the world.
