Establishment of FPT Telecom Central Co. Ltd
On 1st January, Chairman of FPT Telecom Joint Stock Co. (FPT Telecom) Truong Dinh Anh signed the decision on establishing FPT Telecom Middle Co. Ltd (FTM) with headquarter in Da Nang.

FTM will manage 4 branches including Hue, Da Nang, Khanh Hoa, Dak Lak.
In 2009, 4 branches under the management of FTM developed 90% subscriber s as planned.
As planned, in 2010, FTM will continue to open 6 to 8 more branches. It is estimated that after 2 years, this company will widen its operating areas to 12 provinces in the Middle and Highlands, increasing the total number of staff members to 400 people.
Leader of FTM informed that the objective of FTM is to achieve 35-40% of market share with more than 20% of the total wide bandwidth market share , then to provide adequately high technology services such as digital television, digital telephones for people in the Middle.
