Exploring Myanmar market

In late March 2010, FPT IS Deputy General Director Phung Viet Thang and Mr. Alexis Delevaux, Director of EGGL – a licensed company in Hong Kong, signed the agreement which allows EGGL to be the sales representative of FPT IS in Myanmar .

According to this agreement, as the authorized distributor of FPT IS in Myanmar, EGGL shall pay best effort to gain customers and sell products and services by FPT IS in this country. The agreement term shall last for two years, which shall later be automatically renewed once in the period of two years unless there will be other agreements between the two sides .

Lately, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has visited and worked in Myanmar. In the meeting with his counterpart Thein Sein, the two sides agreed on enhancing cooperation in key areas including finance-banking and telecommunication
