F-Agrex Global Joint Venture has 700 staffs by 2016
The leading BPO company in Japan AGREX JSC under the IT Group Holdings Group (ITHD) and FPT Software under FPT Corporation have just launched the joint venture (JV) F - AGREX GLOBAL in Vietnam. It is expected that the JV will start providing BPO services with a focus on data entry professionals for Japanese businesses in December 2013.

Chairman of Members’ Council is taken over by Mr. Hoang Nam Tien, Chairman of FPT Software. Board of management includes CEO Nobuyuki Takeuchi as AGREX representative, Managing Director Le Thi Dieu Linh as FPT Software representative. The JV is headquartered at the 10th floor of DETECH building (No.8 Ton That Thuyet, My Dinh, Tu Liem, Hanoi).
Managing Director of F - AGREX GLOBAL Mrs. Le Thi Dieu Linh said: "As providing BPO service for the Japanese market is a relatively new field in Vietnam, the joint venture is expected to focus on training human resources during the first year. It is expected that the company will reach $5 million in revenue and increase from 170 employees in inception to 700 one by 2016."
On the world market, increasing competition between firms leads to strongly growing demand for BPO service as well as its quality.
To gain higher growth, AGREX has been enhancing its overseas investment with a focus on Asia while looking for opportunities to deploy high quality BPO services globally. FPT Software is also expected to create a growth breakthrough with BPO service.
The establishment of the JV is not only in the development trend of BPO market, but also in line with the strategic direction of both AGREX and FPT Software.
AGREX JSC and FPT Software signed an agreement to establish the BPO joint venture F - AGREX in Vietnam on 12 March 2013. The JV was opened with the aim of implementing BPO services, firstly in the Japanese market. This is the first BPO JV of AGREX in Southeast Asia.
