First international students studying full-time program by FPT University
41 foreign students from South Korea, Nigeria, Cameroon and Laos will attend the IT and Business Administration sectors at FPT University (FU). They are the first international students to study full-time program lasting 4 years by FU.

They will be provided with the curriculum whose content is consistent with existing programs for Vietnamese students. In addition, international students will learn more about Vietnamese culture as well as participate in extracurricular activities and personal development programs.
That first international students officially attend its full-time university program lasting 4 years is considered a milestone as well as an initial result in the efforts to bring Vietnam's higher education in general and FU’s one in particular to the world.
Vice President of FU, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nam said that during the past intakes, FU has received more than 200 profiles of international students. Currently, FU has cooperated with 40 study aboard agencies in over 20 countries for admission.
"In the school year of 2014, besides international students from Asian countries and Africa, FPT University is expected to further students from a number of European countries such as Germany, and France", revealed Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nam.
In the near future, FPT University aims at percentage of international students accounting for about 10% of its students.
