Former CEO of NTT Data visit FPT
His visit lasted for two days from August 21 to 22 with the aim of a better understanding of FPT and its business activities.

The newly-appointed member of FPT Corporation’s the Board of Directors (BOD) Mr. Tomokazu Hamaguchi is well-known people in Japan’s IT industry with more than 40 years of experience. FPT Chairman Truong Gia Binh and the leaders of FPT as well as its member companies hoped that with his experience, the former CEO of NTT Data along with FPT Corp would implement long-term strategies.
"In my viewpoint, FPT’s position in Vietnam has some similarities with NTT Data’s one in Japan. Ever making strong policies in NTT Data’s global strategy, FPT desires that Mr. Hamaguchi will help the Corp learn a lot of valuable experiences from NTT and Japan’s IT industry," said Mr. Binh.
Agreeing with Mr. Binh, Mr. Hamaguchi also thought that FPT’s position in Vietnam was the same as NTT’s in Japan. "With my experience, I hope to make some contributions to development of FPT," stated Mr. Hamaguchi.
On the same day, he also had a meeting with the leaders of FPT Software and FPT’s Education block at Hoa Lac High-tech Park. On August 22, he also visited FPT IS and FPT Telecom.
