FPT’s 2014 Annual Report listed Top 10

The award ceremony along with HOSE’s 14-year anniversary was held at Exchange Tower, HCMC. The event was attended by leaders of the Government of Vietnam, the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Planning and Investment, the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSCV) and typical members on the Vietnamese stock market.

In June, FPT was the only technology company to be listed among Top 50 Performing Companies in Vietnam for the third consecutive year.

Since 2008, the Best Annual Report Award has been organized by Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange and Securities Investment Newspaper with the sponsorship by Dragon Capital and support from Hanoi Stock Exchange IFC, ACCA and some independent experts.

Besides Top 10, awards were given to 40 other annual reports. This year, 5 sustainable development reports and a corporate governance report were also honored.

That FPT was honored for the 7th consecutive year showed FPT leaders’ effort and responsibility in information transparency for shareholders, investors, employees and people with shared interests.

After the first 6 months, FPT reached VND 15,211 billion in revenue, up 22% compared to the same period in 2013, finishing 107% 6-month plan. The software, distribution, retail and telecommunications continued making significant contributions to the growth.

In June, FPT was the only technology company to be listed among Top 50 Performing Companies in Vietnam conducted by the Investment Bridge Magazine and Thien Viet Securities for the third consecutive year.
