FPT Aptech co-hosts Prudence IT Scholarship
December 29, 2008 at the Nikko Hotel, Hanoi – within the frame work of the Prudence IT Scholarship, the Central Committee of the Communist Youth Union, the Vietnamese Student Association, and Aptech Vietnam in coordination with the Prudence Foundation of Prudential Corporation (UK) awarded the first 35 scholarships.

During the phase from 2008 - 2010, the program will provide 120 scholarships, each worth US$2,400, for training international programmers. Aptech Vietnam has been selected to carry out the training. Upon completion of the training course, scholars will receive the International Programmer Certificate from Aptech India.
In 2008, the program was launched in Hanoi, Haiphong, the province of Thanh Hoa, and Birla Orphanage in Hanoi, and has attracted over 2,000 applications.
The Prudence IT Scholarship is a program for excellent high school graduates and IT enthusiasts who are unable to afford higher education training. The program will give special priority to those having difficult living conditions or physical challenge, or devoting to community activities.
