Over 68 million FPT shares for dividend payment with ratio 25% will be officially traded on June 27.

According to the report on listing and trading change listing shares by Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange, the number of change listing shares securities is 68,774,845.
The total number of shares after change listing is 343 976 600, securities equivalent VND 3,439,766,000,000 VND. Listing change took effect on June 20. The day of official trade is June 27.
After 5 months, FPT earned VND 12,320 billion in revenue, up 26% compared to the same period in 2013, reaching 110% of 5-month plan. Profit-before-tax was VND 999 billion, up 3% compared to the same period in 2013, reaching 106% of 5-month plan. FPT won the first M&A in the history of the company in particular and Vietnam’s IT industry in general, FPT Software acquires RWE IT Slovakia, a subsidiary of the RWE Group - one of Europe’s leading utility companies.
