FPT change listing with more than 1.7 million shares
The number of shares issued under Employee Stock Ownership Plan will be officially traded on 23 April 2018.

On May 25, 1,719,317 newly- issued shares changed listing at FPT code. The number of shares is issued for employees with large contributions in 2014 under Employee Stock Ownership Plan. They are not bonus issues.
After the change listing, the total number of stocks is 345,695,917 while the total value of listed shares at the par value is VND 3,456,959,170,000.
Effective Date of change listing is May 22, the official date of trade is 23 April 2018. Currently, the FPT stock is traded at 44.600 VND/share.
According to FPT’s Investor Relations Committee, the previous Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) was implemented in 2013. Earlier, at the 2014 AGM, FPT adopted the resolution on ESOP program for employees. Accordingly, FPT will issue 3 times of ESOP in 2015, 2016 and 2017.
The number of shares each dose not exceeds 0.5% of charter capital at the time of release and limited to be transferred within 3 years. FPT’s BOD is authorized to decide details and implement this program.
