FPT chooses MVN to be the consultant for the construction management of the new headquarter
Hanoi, 30 December 2009 – the contract on construction consultancy for the new headquarter of FPT Corporation was signed by FPT Land Co. Ltd and Meinhardt Vietnam Construction Consultancy (MVN for short) this morning. The new building is located at 89 Lang Ha, Dong Da, Hanoi.

“FPT Building shall be the architectural and hi-tech highlight, locating in one of the most crowded crossroad in Hanoi. Working in this building means enjoying the most favourable environment to liberate the creativeness and productivity as well as using the most advanced telecommunication and information technology services” said Truong Gia Binh, FPT Chairman.

The FPT new building is designed to have 27 stories and 3 basements with the total construction area of 26.000 m2.
The building is the equally curvated architecture, which is simulated in the crystalline form. The building shall be viewed the same from every angle of the main roads. The forefront of the building is the European standard double-layer glass system with underlying aluminum frame.
The cage made of cast aluminum, the cross section of which is triangle, creates the forefront covering system with distinguished architectural effect.
The building employs the most intelligent and advanced engineering system in Vietnam, which equipment facilitates the management and operation of the building and energy saving.
It is expected to officially come into use in mid 2012.
